?曹元升，1945年生，宁夏青铜峡市人，1971年加入中国共产党。研究馆员，中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，中国戏剧家协会会员，国家一级美术师，政协书画院名誉院长，中国文联名誉顾问。中国艺术院，中国国际画院副院长，中国书法美术家协会副主席，国务院亚太经济合作中心，中南海国礼中心国礼艺术家，全国文化系统先进工作者。
